The best time to visit Musandam is October to April when temperatures are 22-30°C, sea is calm, and visibility for snorkeling is 15m+. Dolphin watching is excellent year-round, but peak season is December to March when spinner and humpback dolphins are most active in the morning. Summer (June-August) is hotter (35-42°C) but sunset cruises are magical then, and prices are lower with fewer crowds. Book 2-3 days in advance in peak season, same-day booking often possible in summer.
