Can I hire a whole dhow for a family event?
Yes. Our dhows carry between 10 and 40 guests and can be chartered whole, so your family has the boat, the crew and the route to yourselves. You set the departure time, the stops and the menu, and we handle the catering and permits.
How many people fit on a Musandam dhow?
Small dhows take 10 to 15 guests, mid-size boats 20 to 25, and our largest 40. All have shaded upper decks, washrooms and a swimming platform. For groups above 40 we run two boats together so the party stays on the same schedule.
Can you cater for a family celebration on board?
Yes. We arrange Omani and Arabic menus, grilled seafood, vegetarian and halal options, and cakes for birthdays and engagements. Tell us headcount and dietary needs at least five days ahead and we will send a menu for approval before you confirm.
